I started as an Entrepreneur Back in 1994 after a successful few years in the Food Service industry and opened my own Sports Bar on Tennessee Tech University's campus. Was very successful for several years, got married, had a child, and my priorities changed to say the least! While I had my Restaurant, I started a retail wireless/satellite communications store which offered pagers, satellite dishes, and cellular phones. Was a leading distributor for many years with Nextel, Dish Network, and eventually sold that business to focus full time on telecom consulting. Over the years, I found I could never duplicate my efforts, and I was in a declining industry, so I searched.... I wanted to find something that I didn't always feel like I was in a "Hampster Wheel" chasing new leads, something with referrals, eliminate negativity in my life (post divorce), and something I could "market". I read a book in July 2009 that changed my life forever called "The Four Hour Workweek". Its a book about living the "life of your dreams", and having an internet based business that you can "work" from anywhere in the world. I did my research, and found a company called SendOutCards that provided the perfect vehicle that I was looking for. It was a low investment, primarily a tool EVERYONE could use in their current business, focused on personal development, (my passion), had a unique service unlike most "me too" companies with a different twist on their offering. It was 5 years old, but still ground floor so the upside IS amazing!! Its a business service first, and thats my background so it was a great fit for me. A year later and several hundred distributors later, I (like 98% of Network Marketers) was STILL frustrated with the slow growth, and chasing people that don't have any interest in helping themselves or working a Plan B. We are in uncharted waters, and if people are too naive to understand they need to keep their options open to a second stream of income, or to make themselves more valuable to the marketplace, we have nothing in common. I simply cannot waste my energy on those individuals that still talk about pyramid schemes!! Ru kidding??? LOL In July 2010, I attended a No Excuses Summit in Vegas that has and forevermore changed the way I think about Network marketing, and the use of the internet and social media to build my brand....ME!! I have personally watched people with marginal personalities do extremely well in their chosen company, and they simply knew how to market better than myself. Know I KNOW what they are doing, and I'd like to teach others the same. I have learned that if I help people get what they want, without expecting anything in return, then success for me is a foregone conclusion. I have "Real Life" business experience, and I know how to build companies...period!! It never once happened without effort, and I won't waste my time trying to "convince" someone that is broke, that work is required and nothing in life is "free". Quite simply, I can't want success more than the person I'm talking to. That said, I'm not a fan of working 60-70 hours a week, and I love the life that I have. I wouldn't trade it with 95% of the people I talk to. Most people live in bondage to their jobs, businesses, and I have the ability to work at home, travel with my kids, enjoy my freedoms more than the average person will ever understand. If you're SERIOUSLY seeking a "way out", I'd be glad to give you ALL I have to help you achieve that goal. That is truly my mission in life is to help people all over the world understand what it is like to be "Free". I haven't had a paycheck to speak of in 17 years, and it feels amazing and empowering to be able to say that! I look forward to helping you be able to say the same someday!!
