Proskauer has had several high profile issues as of late especially due to a Worldwide Lawsuit over the involvement of the Firm and Partner Thomas Sjoblom in the $8 Billion Sir Allen Stanford Financial Ponzi scheme. Public reports have shown that Proskauer apparently had the most clients in the $65 Billion Madoff Ponzi scheme as well.
