Mayer Matalon one of Jamaica's greatest business leaders was laid to rest on January 6, 2012 at the Jewish Cemetery on Orange Street following a service of thanksgiving at the Sha'are Shalom Synagogue in Kingston. Matalon was remembered for his sterling contribution to his family and Jamaica.
