Turning around to face him she kept looking at him without saying anything for a couple of seconds  till finally wrapping her arms around his neck he felt himself relax  "I'm sorry too" He smiled leaning into her lips she returned the kiss instantly then pulled away before it got too out of hand  "now can I finish my shower?"  he held back his disappointment he was expecting a different outcome from him apologizing first  "I'll help" he grinned "and then you'll help me"  she couldn't help but let out a small laugh "alright but no funny business" truth is she hates that now he thinks by just saying sorry every time she will just forget   He didn't answer just grabbed the luffa squirting some shower gel on it making her turn around He began slowly gracing it upon her shoulder blades closing her eyes running it along her back  "remember when we use to do this all the time?" he whispered she just nodded "showering together was always my favorite time of the day" He let the luffa drop from his hands and continued to caress her body with just his hands rounding around her butt and trickling his fingers down the length of her long legs a far as his arm would reach before bringing them back up sliding them around her hips up her stomach  she shut her eyes getting lost in his touch "baby then how come you are you letting the spark burn out?" the words left her lips as she thought of it in her mind she felt him stop his movement and her eyes shot open  "what?" he questioned even though he heard her perfectly well, his chest feeling tight  she turned around "nothing" dropping her eyes as the water continued to trickle along her body and face  He didn't want to hear her repeated so he just said "okay"  the rest of their shower went normal but awkward now laying down in bed just watching tv without saying a word both of their minds racing  She wants to say something, do something to make him forget the words she has been holding in for so long because she is so scared of the consequences  "you tired?" he suddenly spoke she turned to look at him "um yeah" He turned off the tv "lets go sleep then" turning off the light  she adjusted herself on her side feeling so confused "goodnight" his whispered came to her ear then his lips pressed firmly on the side of her face even more confuse now He doesn't want to think about it he doesn't want to talk about it none of the above that means bringing it up  He slipped his arm around her spooning her from behind she didn't say anything and just adjusted her form against his  Both knowing that their relationship is walking on a fragile line  The next morning he walked into the station feeling even worst than he did the day before  "you look lovely" David greeted him obviously being sarcastic "so I'm guessing the dinner didn't go as planned?" Giving his best friend a scolding look cursing at himself for being so open with the problems in his and Selena's relationship "not in the mood Dave" filling up a coffee cop  Dave snatched a doughnut for himself "you need a poker night" walking towards the back exit "tonight?" Turning to look at him "yeah tonight"
