Jul 20, 2011 - We remove offensive language. We've portrayed people in the video who are passionate and proud of what they do. Not every job is right for everyone. Perhaps you have some experience in this sort of role that wasn't so positive.

Aug 19, 2011 - I have been employed as a technician within Telstra for almost 4yrs, including my traineeship. I decided at the age of 32 to change for a long term career. I now enjoy every day at work, including the challenges. Everyday IS certainly different always something new to learn or deal with. Nothing is more satisying than to be able to restore a customers service after a natural disaster has had an impact, as most of the eastern states has seen over the last few years! Proud to be a telstra CT.

Nov 26, 2011 - why has that telstra tech only only have one pit gaurd up around that pit? contractors have had their contracts terminated for this very reason. Double standards as usual. And the other telstra techs claims that country folk aren't missing out and are getting the same service as the city people is a crock, there are plenty of people in semi rural and rural areas that cannot get ADSL2 for the sole reason that it isn't cost effective in telstra's eyes

Dec 16, 2011 - not only that but that female CT has obviously decided that gas monitoring is unnecessary when working in a manhole. of course its all double standards. I know Sproule personally and admire his dedication in what is a terrible part of rural sydney... but telstra considers it a metro with CAN lengths of up to 8km paying contractors $70 per ticket of work no matter of time taken to fix multiple faults on 1 line. shame on you telstra, your monopoly will be soon over.
. . . . . . . because these video appear directly from youtube.com which we cannot control it.)
