Kudlow reports on IRS 9006 which is a secret provision hidden within the ObamaCare health bill that will see all transactions over $600 reportable to the IRS. This provision is set to come into effect on January 1st, 2010. Congressman Dan Lungren of California's 3rd district has authored a bill Small Business Paperwork Mandate Elimination Act (H.R. 5141) to try to get this intrusive provision repealed. This will become a paperwork nightmare nightmare for small business owners, as it will increase their costs of doing business through mere task compliance alone, not to mention it's impact on privacy and the resulting increase in government spending to implement.
