Feb 7, 2012 - Apparently, there's new research saying it's 90 days... but the challenge isn't about starting a new habit anyways so :)

lordcoyote2000 Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - I'm going to run on the treadmill 30 minutes a day on Tuesday and Thursday and I'm going to watch one less hour on YouTube and practice Escrima 30 minutes a day every day this week.

lordcoyote2000 Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - OK, by reading the comments I can see I may have picked too many things. I really think I can do the treadmill, YouTube, and Escrima thing though.

Feb 7, 2012 - I'm going to do my homework when I get home from soccer instead of putting it off and procrastinating.

Xsuit Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - I guess it's gut-check time. Time to finish or at least finally pick back up with the editing I've been putting off for the last few weeks/month.

RCRobVlogs Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - My goal is something I've been meaning to do for a while, but I always put off: I'm going to make sure that I write for at least two hours every day. One hour in the morning/afternoon and one at night. I feel good about this.

theblindowl Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - Michelle, dig the videos. I like your train of thought. You look really good in this video. Thank you for pushing the positive to the masses! Thumbs up!

RedSoxFanatic4Life Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - I apologize to anyone who didn't get the subtle sarcasm of that comment. It was not meant to be taken literally. Aiming so low that no one will notice if you fail is certainly not something I practice in my own life.

princeword Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - He did it!!!

Jagonomic Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - You're really beatiful

Feb 7, 2012 - My aunt, for some reason or another, stopped coming to family gatherings. And she tried to keep my cousins and uncle too, so we saw them less. She went a bit crazy, and she really hurt by uncle. And I strongly disagree with her parenting style. But she's my aunt, and I love her. It's been years since I have spoken to her, but last week I called her. I was so nervous! But she has been going through a rough patch and she is my family so forgiveness came easily. I'm glad I called. Thanks:)

concord327 Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - hey its the morning guy

yellowandpurplelion2 Says:

Feb 8, 2012 - He looks like Tim Allen in the Santa clause ...(:

scremsing23 Says:

Feb 9, 2012 - Goals for this challenge: Eat breakfast and make my bed every morning :)

nenaseger Says:

Feb 12, 2012 - My "challenge" isn't specifically chosen for this week, I've done it for like four years but I've often forgotten about it these last years. But ever since I read your book I've actually managed to remember to do it every day. Every night, before falling asleep I quietly tell myself the Top Five of the Day. That way I take something good and positive out of every day the last thing I do. Some nights it's really hard to come up with five things that are better than anything else from that day,

abramsonrl Says:

Apr 18, 2012 - Success breeds success. If you MUST set small goals to begin to breed self-confidence, fire off some base hits to score you the runs you need. But don't just aim for the bleachers when you could sweep the world series. Every run, every hit, and every at-bat takes you closer to glory and makes you the player you want to be, but only if you keep your eyes on the ball. Win or lose, when you bring the biggest game you've got, you've already won. Make sense?
